Yoga for the Inflexible



One of the most basic misconceptions about yoga is that you have to be flexible to do it. On the contrary, if you are not very flexible then yoga is just the thing you need. I suspect that at the root of this is the concern that one will not be "good" at yoga. But yoga isn't something at which you can be good or bad. Realizing this is way more important than getting your foot behind your head.
